Experience the benefits of gentle movement and mindfulness with our community-focused Wellbeing Chair Yoga sessions. Hosted by the KCWA Trust, these classes are specifically designed to promote physical health and mental clarity in a supportive environment.
What to Expect
Our sessions blend three core practices to enhance your overall wellness:
Chair Yoga: A gentle form of yoga practiced while seated or using a chair for balance, making it accessible for all mobility levels.
Meditation: Techniques to calm the mind and reduce stress.
Pranayama: Focused breathing exercises to improve energy and lung capacity.

Empowering the Community Through Mindful Movement: Meet Fiona Wong
Fiona Wong is a highly qualified yoga instructor at KCWA Trust, bringing a wealth of expertise through her 200-hour Teacher Training in both Hatha and Vinyasa styles. Leading the “Trust Yoga” initiative in Croydon, she specializes in Dance Yoga sessions that seamlessly blend mindful movement with breath-focused alignment. Her teaching philosophy centers on returning the body and mind to the present moment, making high-quality wellness accessible to the community through her welcoming, free weekly classes at 505 London Road.
