What to Expect
Our sessions blend three core practices to enhance your overall wellness:
Chair Yoga: A gentle form of yoga practiced while seated or using a chair for balance, making it accessible for all mobility levels.
Meditation: Techniques to calm the mind and reduce stress.
Pranayama: Focused breathing exercises to improve energy and lung capacity.
Class Details
Who: Everyone is welcome, with a special invitation to elders and pensioners. When: Every Wednesday from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM. Where: Community Center, 505 London Road, CR7 6AR. Cost: These are FREE sessions provided for the community.
